This matter is before the Court on SCO's Motion to Stay Taxation of Costs. For substantially the same reasons set out in the Court's previous Order,1 it is hereby ORDERED that SCO's Motion to Stay Taxation of Costs (Docket No. 883) is DENIED. In accordance with its Motion, SCO shall file its objections to Novell's Bill of Costs within ten (10) days of this Order.
