MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER denying 303 Motion to Stay Consideration of the Receiver's Motion for Order Directing Payment of Receivership Expenses. On or before October 2, 2009, the Receiver shall propose a method for allocating the actual c osts of the Receivership to specific assets. Any Party that opposes the Receiver's response shall file an opposition memorandum on or before October 16, 2009. If the Receiver determines that a reply is necessary to any opposition memorandum that may be filed, the Rceiver shall file a reply on or before October 23, 2009.
