Fatani v. US Department of Transportation et al

Filing 9

MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER-The court has reviewed pla's complaint with the deference due to his pro se status. The allegations contained in pla's complaint are vague and contain insufficient factual data to support his claims. However, due to Pla's pro se status, the Court grants leave for him to file an amended complaint, if he so desires, no later than 15 days from the date of this order. Failure to timely respond and/or adequately plead sufficient facts and allegations in support of his claims will result in dismissal of the Complaint. Signed by Judge David Sam on 1/28/09. (jmr)
