FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW. The court enters judgment in favor of Plaintiff UBS Bank USA and against Defendant Wolstein Business Enterprises, L.P., S.A.W. Trust and Wolstein Enterprises, Inc., individually and jointly and severally, in t he amount of $888,315.49, plus interest, costs and attorneys' fees. Judgment is also entered against Albert T.
