ORDER granting 20 Motion to Dismiss. The Court dismisses plaintiff's RICO cause of action. In addition, the court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over plaintiff's remaining state claims. Accordingly, the court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over plaintiff's action.
