This stipulation is entered into by and between Defendant Peter Jarowey
("Jarowey") and Plaintifflncentive Capital, LLC ("Incentive"), through their respective
counsel, with reference to the following facts:
1. Jarowey has filed a Motion to Quash Service (the "Motion").
2. Jarowey and Incentive have agreed that Jarowey's reply to Incentive's
opposition to the Motion shall be filed on or before Friday, October 3,
2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED THAT:
I. Subject to the approval of this Court, Jarowey shall serve and file his reply
to Incentive's opposition to the Motion on or before Friday, October 3,
2011.
