OF PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR
PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
The Asian American Justice Center and other amici curiae have filed a motion for leave
to file an amicus curiae brief in support of Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction. The
proposed brief was lodged with the Court at the time of filing the motion.
This Court finds that the Asian American Justice Center and other amici curiae identified
in the motion for leave to file an amicus curiae brief have shown an interest in the outcome of
Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction and have shown that the amicus curiae brief is
desirable and the matters asserted therein are relevant to the outcome of Plaintiffs’ motion.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Asian American Justice Center’s motion is
GRANTED and the proposed brief lodged with the Court is deemed filed.
