an extension of time to file a responsive motion to Plaintiff’s Motion for Preliminary Injunction.
At the hearing on May 10, 2011, the Court stated that Defendants’ response to Plaintiffs’
Motion for Preliminary Injunction would be due by June 8, 2011, but that more time may be
granted to file a responsive pleading if requested. Defendants hereby make that request for an
additional 30 days.
