IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF UTAH, CENTRAL DIVISION ISYS TECHNOLOGIES, INC., ORDER Plaintiff, Case No. 2:11-cv-00507 CW v. Judge Clark Waddoups GOOGLE, INC. et al., Defendants. This matter is before the court on Plaintiff ISYS Technologies, Inc.’s Combined Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction. An evidentiary hearing on Plaintiff’s motion was held before the Honorable Clark Waddoups on June 14, 2011. Todd E. Zenger and Dax D. Anderson appeared on behalf of Plaintiff. Robert L. Stolebarger and Craig A. Buschmann appeared on behalf of Defendants Google, Inc.; Samsung Electronics USA, Inc.;1 Acer America Corp.; Amazon.Com, Inc.; and Best Buy Co., Inc. (collectively “Defendants”). Peter J. Willsey appeared on behalf of all Defendants except Samsung. After due consideration of the evidence, the parties’ filings and oral arguments, and otherwise being fully advised, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, for the reasons stated on the record, that Plaintiff’s motion for a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction is DENIED.2 1 Samsung Electronics USA, Inc. contends it should have been sued as Samsung Electronics America, Inc. In this order, the court refers to this defendant as “Samsung.” 2 Docket No. 9. DATED this 28th day of June, 2011.
