Re: Wallace Nolen
DOB 2/10/1950
To whom it may concern,
This gentleman is under my care for colon cancer and is receiving IV chemotherapy
every 2 weeks for 2 days at a time. His diarrhea is severe and is worsened while he is on
this treatment making it difficult for him to leave his house for extended time periods
unless he plans on holding off eating food for a number of hours before departure. This is
turn weakens him further, both mentally an.fd physically.
He may not be able to attend hearings or appointments while he is receiving
chemotherap
r the next 5 months.
