Pope, Karen Lane, City of Barre, Timothy Bombardier, Andrew Marceau, Ross Weiland, and Jane Doe 1-20, Defendants. : : : : : : : : : : : : Case No. 2:11-cv-183 ORDER (Doc. 4) Before the Court is a motion submitted by pro se Plaintiff Wallace Nolen, asking the Court to stay and continue all proceedings in this case due to his ill health. The motion is styled as an affidavit, which details Mr. Nolen’s current health situation. The motion to stay and continue is GRANTED, and this case is STAYED through December 15, 2011. At the conclusion of the stay, Mr. Nolen shall update the Court, in writing, as to his ability to proceed. If he wishes to continue the stay, Mr. Nolen shall provide medical documentation to the Court in support of his request. Any such filings shall be submitted to the Court on or before December 22, 2011. If Mr. Nolen fails to contact the Court on or before December 22, 2011 with regard to either his wish to proceed or his desire for the stay to continue, this case may be dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute. Service of process upon the Defendants, pursuant to the Court’s prior order on Plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis, should not be delayed as a result of this Order.
