NOTICE OF HEARING ON JOINT MOTION TO SEAL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 30, 2010, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon
thereafter as counsel may be heard, Rosetta Stone Ltd. (“Rosetta Stone”) and Google Inc.
(“Google”) will jointly move the Court for entry of an order sealing:
Rosetta Stone’s Memorandum of Law in Support of its Omnibus Motion
in Limine;
Declaration of Jennifer L. Spaziano in Support Thereof;
Google’s and Rosetta Stone’s respective responsive and rebuttal briefs to
Rosetta Stone’s Omnibus Motion in Limine, and any declarations in
support of those responsive or rebuttal briefs;
Google’s Memorandum of Law in Support of its Omnibus Motion in
Limine;
Declaration of Jonathan B. Oblak in Support Thereof;
Rosetta Stone’s and Google’s respective responsive and rebuttal briefs to
Google’s Omnibus Motion in Limine, and any declarations in support of
those responsive or rebuttal briefs.
