Regarding Objections to Magistrate Judge's Ruling on Plaintiff's
Motion to Compel.

This case concerns Defendant
alleged patent infringement.
In its
motion, Plaintiff objects to Judge Jones' Order denying MWV's
motion to compel all of Rexam's x-ray diffraction ("XRD")

The Court overrules Plaintiff's Objection and affirms
Judge Jones' Order because there was no clear error and the
ruling was not contrary to law.
