ORDER OF PUBLICATION that Pltf shall publish notice of this action, in the manner specified below. Once publication has occurred and twenty-one (21) days have passed, pltf shall be deemed to have complied with any notice requirements of 15 USC sect 125(d)(2)(A)(ii)(I) and (II) that are applicable to this matter. A copy of this Order shall be published in The Washington Times once within fourteen (14) days after the entry of this Order and an affidavit shall be filed on pltf's behalf, no later than twenty-eight (28) days after the entry of this Order, describing the steps that have been taken to comply with this Order (see Order for details).
