MEMORANDUM OPINION
This matter is before the Court on the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment (Dkt.
Nos. 12, 14). Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), Richard J. Hamm, Jr. ("Plaintiff) seeks judicial

under Title II of the Social Security Act ("the Act"), 42 U.S.C. §§ 401-434. For the reasons
stated below, the Court finds that Defendant's decision is supported by substantial evidence, and
that there is no evidence warranting remand. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS summary
judgment for Defendant and DENIES summary judgment for Plaintiff.
