ORDER
On February 26, 2015, plaintiff in this breach of contract and trademark infringement
case moved for a defaultjudgment. (Doc. 24). The matter was referredto a magistrate judge for a
Report and Recommendation which issued on March 20, 2015. (Doc. 29). No objections to this
Report and Recommendation were filed.
Thus, upon consideration of the March 20, 2015 Report and Recommendation of the
United States Magistrate Judge designated to conduct a hearing in this matter, without objection,
and upon an independent de novo review of the record, it is hereby ORDERED that the Court
adopts as its own the fmdings and recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge as set
forth in the March 20,2015 Report and Recommendation.
Accordingly, for good cause,
It is hereby ORDERED that judgment is ENTERED by default in favor of plaintilT and
against defendant in the amount of SI76,475.68, consisting of $100,000 in liquidated damages
arising from defendant's breach of contract and $76,475.68 in attorney's fees and costs.
It is further ORDERED that defendant Jail Call Services, LLC ("JCS") and its officers,
agents, servants, employees, and any other persons acting on its behalf are ENJOINED from:
