MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER- IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Court ADOPTS Judge Nachmanoff's Report and Recommendation 97 and OVERRULES Mr. Francis' Objection 104 ; it is further ORDERED that Defendants' Motion for Sanctions under 2 8 U.S.C. § 1927 69 is GRANTED; it is further ORDERED that Mr. Francis' Motion for Sanctions under Rule 11 74 is DENIED; it is further ORDERED that Mr. Francis shall pay Defendants a total of $84, 752.00 in reasonable attorney's fees pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1927.
