THE BOEING COMPANY Defendant, MEMORZaroUM OPINION THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendant The Boeing Company's ("Defendant" or "Boeing") Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff Andrea Kelly ("Plaintiff"), a sixty-five year old African-American female, worked at Boeing as a facilities planner on a government contract between October 2009 and May 2015. Plaintiff alleges that she was subjected to discrimination and retaliation on the basis of her sex, race, and age in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e at sag.; Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act of 1866, 42 U.S.C. § 1981, at. sag.; and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. § 621 at. sag.
