No. 7-1 ]; and it is further ORDERED that this action be, and the same hereby is, DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE for failure to state a clai m, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(1); and it is further ORDERED that pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(g), this dismissal may affect plaintiff's ability to proceed in forma pauperis in future civil actions; and it is further ORDERED that the Clerk record this dismissal for purposes of the Prison Litigation Reform Act (see Order for further details).
