AGREED ORDER On this day came the parties, by counsel, upon the Joint Motion for Entry of Agreed Briefing and Disclosure Schedule for Markman Hearing ("Markman Hearing Briefing and Disclosure Schedule") and, upon consideration of the motion, representations of the parties and for good cause shown, it is ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that the parties shall follow the schedule set forth below for briefing and disclosing matters relating to the June 9, 2008 Markman Hearing: 1. On or before April 18,2008, the parties shall disclose to each other the terms from the patents-in-suit they propose need to be construed by the Court at the Markman Hearing; 2.
