This matter having been opened to the Court by Defendants Google Inc., Target
Corporation, IAC Search & Media, Inc., AOL, Inc., and Gannett Co., Inc., upon a motion for
leave to submit evidence and offer of proof in support of Defendants’ opening brief on issues
raised in the Court’s August 14, 2013 Order, the Court having considered all papers submitted in
support of the motion, HEREBY ORDERS THAT:
Defendants are granted leave to submit Exhibits 1-3 to the Declaration of Howard Chen
in Support of Defendants’ Motion for Leave to Submit Evidence and Offer of Proof in Support
of Defendants’ Opening Brief on Issues Raised in the Court’s August 14 Order along with
Defendants’ fifteen page opening brief. Motion is GRANTED.
