[PROPOSED] ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF I/P ENGINE’S MOTION TO COMPEL
DEFENDANT GOOGLE INC.’S CUSTODIAL DOCUMENT PRODUCTION
This Court, having considered Plaintiff I/P Engine’s Motion to Compel Defendant
Google Inc.’s Custodial Document Production, and finding good cause exists, hereby ORDERS
that the motion is GRANTED as follows:
Google shall produce all relevant, non-privileged documents relating to I/P Engine’s
pending document requests including its custodial documents by no later than April 30, 2012.
