Sanctions Regarding Untimely Discovery Responses and accompanying Memorandum in
Support thereof, and finding good cause exists, hereby ORDERS that the motion is GRANTED
as follows:
The source code first made available by Google on September 14, 2012 and Google’s
Supplemental Responses to I/P Engine’s Interrogatory Nos. 21 and 22, served on September 14,
2012 which reference that source code are hereby stricken from this litigation.
