EXTENSION OF TIME TO
FILE OBJECTIONS TO DISCOVERY
On this day came the parties, by counsel, upon the Motion for Extension of Time to File
Objections to Discovery Requests (“Motion for Extension of Time to File Objections”) filed by
defendants AOL Inc. (“AOL”), IAC Search & Media, Inc. (“IAC Search”), Gannett Co., Inc.
(“Gannett”) and Target Corporation (“Target”) (collectively, “non-Google Defendants”), and,
upon joint representation of counsel and for good cause shown, it is
ORDERED that the non-Google Defendants’ Motion for Extension of Time to File
Objections is granted, and the non-Google Defendants shall have through and including
November 30, 2011, in which to objection to plaintiff’s discovery requests.
