(“I/P Engine”) moves the Court to expedite briefing on Plaintiff’s Motion for Review of Judge Leonard’s Ruling on I/P Engine’s Third Motion for Discovery Sanctions. Trial is scheduled to begin on October 16, 2012. Thus, a decision on the motion is needed by that time. Under Local Rule 7(F)(1), Defendants’ response would be due after trial is already underway. Consequently, I/P Engine requests that the Court expedite the briefing schedule on I/P Engine’s Motion For Review of Judge Leonard’s Ruling. I/P Engine contacted Defendants’ counsel to seek concurrence with an expedited briefing schedule, but no agreement was reached. I/P Engine suggests that Defendants’ response be due Monday, October 15, 2012 at noon. I/P Engine waives its reply, anticipating that any matters warranting a reply can be addressed orally on the morning of October 16, 2012. A proposed order is attached.
