Letter from Charles and Sandra Lilly. (wtuc)
January 10th,2012
U.S. District Judge John A. Gibney
Eastern Court of Virginia
Dear Judge Gibney:
This morning we have learned that you will be deciding the fate ofthe Republican primary
candidates who have been disqualified to appearon the Virginia ballot on March 6 .
We would ask that youalso considerthe voters whose equal right to vote has been infringed
upon by the State of Virginia. We believe thisto be another example of government infringement
on the rights ofthe peopleas intended by the Constitution, of the United States. To givethis
control to the State tells us as citizens." Your vote doesn't matter."
Thank you so much for considering our concerns.
Sincerely,-
i ^xdjL^-JU,
Charles and Sandra Lilly
