ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR
EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE RESPONSIVE PLEADING
Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b), it is hereby ORDERED that the Motion of
Defendant Patrick Mullins, in his capacity as Chairman of the Republican Party of
Virginia (“Chairman” or “Chairman Mullins”), for Extension of Time to File Responsive
Pleadings to the Intervenors’ Amended Complaint is GRANTED. The Court finds that
sufficient cause has been shown for an extension.
Having considered Chairman Mullins’ Motion for Extension of Time to File
Responsive Pleadings to Intervenors’ Amended Complaint, it is hereby ORDERED that
Chairman Mullins’ Responsive Pleadings are due on February 6, 2012.
