MEMORANDUM OPINION On March 7, 201 6, the Court conditionally docketed Plaintiff's action. Plaintiff requested leave to proceed in.forma pauperis. By Memorandum Order entered on June I, 2016, the Court directed Plaintiff to pay an ini tial partial filing fee of $13.73 or state under penalty o f pe1jury that he did not have suffi cient assets to pay such a fee within eleven ( I I) days of the date of entry thereof. See 28 U.S.C. ยง 19 15(b)( I). Plaintiff has neither paid the initial partial fi ling fee nor averred that he cannot pay such a fee. Therefo re, Plaintiff is not entitled to proceed in .forma pauperis. Plaintiffs disregard of the Court's directives warrants dismissal of the action.
