Defendants.
MEMORANDUM OPINION
By Memorandum Order entered on March 22, 2016, the Court conditionally doclteted
Plaintiffs action. At that time, the Court warned Plaintiff that be must keep the Court informed
as to bis current address if he was released. On December 16, 2016, the Court received a letter
from Plaintiffs place of incarceration indicating that Plaintiff had been permanently released.
Since that date, Plaintiff has not contacted the Court to provide a current address. Plaintiffs
failure to contact the Court and provide a current address indicates his lack of interest in

WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
