ORDERED as follows:
1. Julie H.’s objection to the R&R (Dkt. No. 25) is OVERRULED;
2. The R&R (Dkt. No. 24) is ADOPTED;
3. The Commissioner’s motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 19) is GRANTED;
4. Julie H.’s motion for summary judgment (Dkt. No. 14) is DENIED;
5. The Commissioner’s decision is AFFIRMED; and
6. This matter is STRUCK from the active docket of the court.
