R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), ECF No. 30. The parties jointly state that they 25 have settled the case with prejudice. The Court accepts the stipulation, vacates all 26 future hearings and trial dates, and closes the file. 27 // 28 // ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED DISMISSAL . . . ^ 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 2 1. The parties’ Stipulation of Dismissal Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 3 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), ECF No. 30, is GRANTED. 4 2. The above-captioned case is dismissed with prejudice and without costs 5 and attorneys’ fees to any party. 6 3. Any pending motions are dismissed as moot. 7 4. All trial dates and deadlines are stricken. 8 IT IS SO ORDERED.
