Dismissal of Plaintiff’s Claims Against Defendants Transportation Insurance

Company, Continental Casualty Company, and American Casualty Company of

Reading, Pennsylvania (ECF No. 52). The parties agree to dismiss any and all

18

claims they have asserted or may have against each other with prejudice and

19

without fees or costs to either party, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure

20

41(a)(1)(A)(ii).

ACCORDINGLY, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

The Stipulated Motion for Voluntary Dismissal of Plaintiff’s Claims

Against Defendants Transportation Insurance Company, Continental Casualty

Company, and American Casualty Company of Reading, Pennsylvania (ECF No.

52) is GRANTED.
