BEFORE the Court are Plaintiffs’ Certificates of Service, ECF Nos. 20, 21,

22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, and 28. The Court finds that none of the defendants has

3

entered a notice of appearance in this case, and having reviewed the Certificates

4

and the file and pleadings, the Court finds that there is insufficient evidence to

5

conclude that service has been properly executed pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(m).

Therefore, the Court finds good cause to dismiss this case.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed
without prejudice and without costs to any party.
The District Court Clerk is directed to enter this Order, provide copies to
counsel, and close this case.
