Prejudice (ECF No. 5). Plaintiff represents that this matter has been fully settled

and compromised and requests an order of dismissal with prejudice pursuant to

Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(i) and without fees or costs to either
18
party. Because Defendant has neither filed an answer nor moved for summary
19
judgment, Plaintiff has an absolute right to voluntarily dismiss this case. Fed. R.
20
Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(i).
