Stipulated Motion and Praecipe, the Court finds good cause to grant dismissal.

Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. The parties' Stipulated Motion to Dismiss and the subsequently
filed Praecipe, ECF Nos. 28 and 29, are GRANTED.
