The parties have agreed to 28 the dismissal with prejudice of all claims asserted by Plaintiffs against Defendants ORDER DISMISSING ACTION; CLOSING FILE ~ 1 1 in the above-caption matter. 2 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 3 1. The Court ACCEPTS the parties’ Stipulation for Dismissal With 4 Prejudice Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), ECF No. 33. 5 2. All claims asserted by Plaintiffs against Defendants are DISMISSED 6 with prejudice and without costs or fees to any party. 7 IT IS SO ORDERED.
