IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: The Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Appeal In Forma Pauperis (Ct. Rec. 5) is DENIED pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i), the court finding that the Plaintiff's extensive and documented history of filing countless frivolous actions requires such denial. The Plaintiff's thousands of lawsuits constitute abuse of the privilege to proceed in forma pauperis. See O'Laughlin v. Doe, 920 F.2d 614, 616 (9th Cir. 1990).
