This motion was decided without oral argument. 17 The parties jointly move the Court for an order of dismissal. ECF No. 26 at 18 1. Based on the agreement of the parties, the Court dismisses the above-captioned 19 matter pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(2). This matter is dismissed with prejudice 20 and without costs. 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 22 1. The parties’ Stipulation and Motion for Order of Dismissal, ECF No. 26, 23 is GRANTED. 24 25 26 27 28 2. The above-captioned matter is DISMISSED with prejudice and without costs. IT IS SO ORDERED.
