Before the Court is a stipulated motion to dismiss Dale Elford and Evelyn

Elford as defendants in this matter. ECF No. 112. However, on September 26,

2014, all defendants were transferred from this cause number and the case was

closed. ECF No. 108. Moreover, the parties stipulated to dismiss Defendants in
20
their current cause number. 2:14-cv-00268-RMP, ECF No. 42.
