On 20 August 24, 2014, the parties filed a Notice of Completion of Settlement, 21 ECF No. 32, indicating that all claims in the above-captioned case have been fully 22 and finally concluded. 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 24 1. The above-captioned case is dismissed with prejudice and without any 25 additional costs to any party. 26 2.
