Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 20 ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE ~ 1 1 1. Plaintiff’s Motion for Dismissal, ECF No. 11, is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s 2 Complaint is dismissed with prejudice and without costs to any party. 3 2. All pending motions, if any, are DENIED AS MOOT. 4 3. All scheduled court hearings, if any, are STRICKEN. 5 The District Court Clerk is directed to enter this Order, provide copies to 6 7 counsel, and close this case.
