Pursuant to the court’s June 3, 2014 Order (ECF No. 2) concluding diversity

of citizenship was not apparent on the face of the pleadings, the Defendants’ Notice

of Consent to Remand (ECF No. 3), and 28 U.S.C. § 1447(c), this action is
19
REMANDED to the Superior Court of the State of Washington for Spokane
20
County.
IT IS SO ORDERED. The District Court Executive shall enter this Order,
21

provide copies to counsel, mail a certified copy of this Order to the Clerk of the
23
Spokane County Superior Court of the State of Washington, and CLOSE THE
24
FILE.
