The parties indicate this Court is no longer needed to resolve the above26 captioned case and ask that the all claims, counterclaims, cross-claims and third27 party claims be dismissed without prejudice and without attorneys’ fees or costs to 28 any party. The Court finds good cause to grant the joint motion. ORDER OF DISMISSAL WITHOUT PREJUDICE ~ 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 2 1. The parties’ Joint Motion for Dismissal Without Prejudice of All Claims, 3 Counterclaims, Crossclaims and Third-Party Claims, ECF No. 19, is GRANTED. 4 2. The above-captioned case is dismissed without prejudice and without 5 costs to any party. 6 3. Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss or Alternatively to Compel Arbitration 7 and Stay Proceeding, ECF No. 6, is DISMISSED as moot. 8 IT IS SO ORDERED.
