ECF No. 348. Plaintiff Tabbert and 4 Defendant Howmedica Osteonics, Corporation filed a notice of settlement. ECF 5 No. 373. 6 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 7 1. GRANTED. 8 9 The parties’ Stipulated Motion to Dismiss, ECF No. 379, is 2. All claims are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, with all parties to bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees. 10 11 3. All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT. 12 4. All hearings and other deadlines are STRICKEN. 13 5. The Clerk’s Office is directed to CLOSE this file. 14 IT IS SO ORDERED.
