Report and Recommendation, ECF No. 19, recommending that Petitioner’s
Motion to Withdraw Petition of Habeas Corpus and Dismiss Habeas Corpus
Petition Without Prejudice, ECF No. 18, be granted. No objections have been
filed.
After reviewing the Report and Recommendation and relevant authorities,
the Court finds the Magistrate Judge’s findings are correct. Therefore, the Court
adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety and grants Motion to
Withdraw Petition of Habeas Corpus and Dismiss Habeas Corpus Petition Without
Prejudice.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The Report and Recommendation, ECF No. 19, is ADOPTED in its
entirety.
2. Petitioner’s Motion to Withdraw Petition of Habeas Corpus and Dismiss
Habeas Corpus Petition Without Prejudice, ECF No. 18, is GRANTED.
