Before the Court is the parties’ Stipulation for Order of Dismissal with

Prejudice and Without Costs, ECF No. 191. The parties stipulate to the entry of an
17
order dismissing the action with prejudice, with each party bearing its own costs
18
and fees. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), the Court accepts the notice
19
of stipulation and dismisses the case.

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED:
1. The parties’ Stipulation for Order of Dismissal with Prejudice and Without

2. The action is DISMISSED with prejudice, with all parties to bear their own
5 costs and attorney fees.

3. Any pending motions are DENIED as moot.
