captioned action should not be dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute

no later than July 6, 2017. ECF No. 7. That date has come and gone and Plaintiff

has not responded to the Court’s order. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil

14

Procedure 41(b), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

All claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, with all
parties to bear their own costs and attorneys’ fees.

All pending motions are DENIED AS MOOT.

All hearings and other deadlines are STRICKEN.
