Neither party 17 submitted timely objections to the Report and Recommendation. 18 Having reviewed the July 26, 2017 Report and Recommendation and there 19 being no objections, the Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation, ECF 20 No. 22, in its entirety. 21 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION ~ 1 1 Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED: 2 1. 3 Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, ECF No. 20, is GRANTED. 4 2. 5 The District Court Clerk is directed to file this Order and provide a copy to 6 counsel for Plaintiff and Defendant.
