There being no 15 objections, the Court ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation in its entirety. 16 Therefore, IT IS ORDERED that this action, filed by a prisoner in 17 Mississippi, is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 18 1406(a), and leave to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED. 19 IT IS SO ORDERED. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter this Order, 20 forward a copy to Plaintiff and close the file.
