Third-Party Plaintiff Lyudmila Kovalenko’s Stipulated Motion to Dismiss (ECF

dismiss Kovalenko’s Third-Party Complaint and all claims brought against Kiver

with prejudice. ECF No. 33 at 1-2. The Court has reviewed the completed

briefing and record and files herein, and is fully informed. For good cause shown
5
and pursuant to the parties’ stipulation, the Motion is GRANTED.

ACCORDINGLY, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

Third-Party Plaintiff and Third-Party Defendant’s Stipulated Motion to
8
Dismiss (ECF No. 33) is GRANTED. Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii)
9
and the parties’ stipulation, Kovalenko’s Third-Party Complaint and all claims
10
brought against Kiver are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, each party bearing
11
its own costs.
